UDX Inc. (UDX株式会社) is a company registered in Japan, headquartered in Fukuoka, and part of the PROVENANS Group. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the English pages of udx.co.jp, in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, country, website, inquiry type, and message. We also use standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) that collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type via cookies.
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you order, and improve this website. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists without your explicit request, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Where it’s stored
Inquiry data is stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and analytics data in Google Analytics. These providers may process data on servers outside Japan. Access is limited to UDX staff who handle your inquiry.

We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve. The latest version is always at this URL, with the date above. The Japanese-language privacy policy on our Japanese site governs data collected through Japanese pages.
