| Cancellation and refunds |

All other services Before we send the kickoff confirmation email: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. After kickoff, before delivery: fees corresponding to work already completed are non-refundable. We will tell you what that figure is before you decide, and any unearned balance is refunded. After delivery: fees are non-refundable. However, if a deliverable contains a demonstrable factual error, or departs materially from what was agreed at order, we will correct it at our own cost. If correction does not resolve the issue, we will agree a partial refund or a credit against another service. Ongoing management Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Assets we have built remain yours. Fees on refunds Bank transfer fees are not refundable. Stripe processing fees (approximately 3.6%) are retained by Stripe and are not recoverable by us; where a refund is issued, this is deducted only where Stripe does not return it to us. |
